Shipping & Handling:

Pre-made Products:

The shipping and handling will be a pre-determined amount and will be displayed in each product's description page.  

Custom-made Products:

Actual shipping and handling will vary and will be determined based on the order. 

Return Policy:

Pre-made Products:

Email us within 30 days after your order ships if you are unhappy for any reason with your order.  Buyer will receive in-store credit of the total invoice amount for that order after shipping product back to Valley Metal Art.  Buyer to pay return shipping.  

Custom-made Products:

Buyer to pre-approve order/design before product is fabricated.  Due to the custom nature of these orders, refunds will only be given if product is defective.
